AN OLD CHURCH WITH NEW IDEAS

2010 Membership Growth Campaign
20 individuals & 10 families
Growth As Members – Growth in Numbers

The heart, soul and spirit of Broadway Church is alive and vibrant with healing presence of the universal light and love that is the source of all spiritual transformation. I believe that the core values of our church family are some of the best kept secrets in Kansas City. I also believe that the healing message of our spiritual community can restore a connectedness to the source of all life – our Mother/Father God.

I believe, as a member of this community, it is my job to make our presence known in the community. I want to cause people to be talking about Broadway! Our Spring Project is a great opportunity to break free from the ‘routine of life’ and focus our attention on making a difference and serving others.

Requirements for the task: an open mind and a willing spirit!

I invite you to join us on May 15 and June 5 as an expression of faith and a way to ‘pay it forward’ for all the blessings and healing transformations that have been afforded to you.

We meet at the church at 9 a.m. to get volunteers assigned areas to canvass and then leave around 9:30. Canvassing takes about an hour and a half and then we meet back at the church to share information on how the time went and for a brief lunch. Hope you can join us!

Hi Steve, great posting. Please post the logistics of where your team will meet. Does each person need to bring something with them such as bottled water, a lunch, etc. What is the time frame for starting your walk through the neighborhoods and how long will canvass the neighborhoods on each day? Steve, I love the line, "I believe that the core values of our church family are some of the best kept secrets in Kansas City." This is so true. Thousands of people throughout the years have been blessed by the Spirit at Broadway and it's up to us to invite others to come and seek God's healing powers.

Blessings on you for accepting Sheryl's challenge and putting your thoughts in writing.
